Small Beanie
General notes about Molly Lou beanies:
Each one is made on a circular knitting machine and is made by hand by Molly Lou (me!) each one is double sided, with two cozy layers of knot to warm yer noggin.
Each hat is very unique, made with all recycled and secondhand material.
Please note- I try and photograph the part of the hat with the most imperfections - which are not only to be expected by hopefully noted by you as a sign each one is different. I hope you also see the beauty in little quirks and that’s why you’ve found yourself here!
Sizing note:are technically the same amount of stitches around, but with tension and yarn differences there are many different “sizes” although they are designed to stretch and fit on most all head sizes despite the labeled size (even the child ones etc!)! I personally have a remarkably large head and after one wear I find particularly the wool blends to stretch perfectly to my head.
Washing: All should be hand washed for safety sake to preserve the stitches! Wool and other animal fibers should be washed in cold and always laid flat to dry.
